Facilitation Services
Participatory Facilitation encourages engagement and equity. When people feel safe to disclose their ideas or concerns, the whole team/organization benefits. As a facilitator, our role is to highlight patterns, analyze obstacles, and equip the team with any research or broader perspective that may be necessary to move beyond a sticking point. We help folks check their bias at the door and keep an open mind. Fundraising and Event Planning
